Retailer Application Guidelines:
We appreciate your interest in the UpSpring Baby products. We wholesale our products exclusively to established retail stores or e-retailers. UpSpring, Ltd. does not sponsor the reselling of our products on internet auctions, such as E-Bay, nor will we wholesale our products to individuals who do so. Please fill out the forms listed below to set up your retailer account with UpSpring, Ltd. We will process your first 3 orders by credit card, while completing the retailer application process.
RETAILER APPLICATION: Please fill out or confirm the information on the attached Retailer Application and fax 512-532-6041 or email the completed form to Sales@UpSpringBaby.com TERMS: Our terms are Net 30, following the approval of your application and the processing of your first three orders by credit card. If you prefer, you may pre-pay your order using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover to expedite your shipment. Past due amounts are subject to an interest charge of the lower of one and one-half per cent (1-1/2%) per month or the highest rate permitted by law plus all reasonable fees and expenses of collection.
